Jonathan Fine, managing director

Jonathan Fine, managing director

Jonathan Fine is a renowned marketing strategist with an entrepreneurial flair and a big group background.

Before he began specialising in the dental sector in 2010 he built a full service marketing group, sold it to global leaders McCann Erickson and delivered projects for BMW, Tesco, Orange, Nestle and IBM among many other global brands.

The LSE graduate did his ACCA at the Financial Training Company and worked with BT, Cap Gemini and Logica on the corporate team at BOO Stoy Hayward after qualifying as a Chartered Certified Accountant

In 2001 he established the London Development Property Company to advise buyers and in 2005 Sheraz joined Kaizen Developments in Dubai to work on investments, fundraising, acquisitions and exit planning. In response to the 2008 crash Sheraz set up Acucura, a property investment company specialising in distressed assets for clients in the Middle East, India and Singapore.

In 2015 Sheraz joined Orchard Orthodontics in Croydon as business development director, creating and delivering a successful marketing strategy, identifying new sites and arranging CPD events. Sheraz has also recruited and trained staff at Orchard, which continues to grow in line with his targets.

After 17 years as an art director in some of the world’s leading advertising agencies Dominic began running dental practices with his wife Paula, a dentist.

In 2012 they sold their NHS practice in Surrey and launched a private one with the help of Jonathan Fine, tripling revenue within 12 months and leaving Dominic with insider knowledge that, combined with his big group thinking, perfectly represents the fine company USP.

Callum has been making corporate videos since 2010 and can be relied on to produce compelling material by closely managing the production process from planning and shooting through to editing and designing motion graphics.

Since graduating in Media Production at Bournemouth University he has been increasingly sought after for his ability to respond to briefs creatively and bring out the emotional, emotive appeal of brands in short videos that say a thousand words.

Jane works closely with everyone on the Fine Company team and has regular contact with clients to ensure the smooth running of operations, which includes logistics, meeting planning and feedback.

She began working with dentists in 2011 as client services manager for Breathe Business, where she ensured service delivery and client satisfaction.

Her role quickly developed into project management and she coordinated a group of copywriters, designers, videographers and developers to ensure web builds and marketing campaigns were delivered on time, to brief and budget.
